Presentation
My main interest lies in understanding the mechanisms involved in the construction and dissemination of knowledge that can help teachers better support their students. I am interested in how to construct, aggregate and disseminate data from educational experiences in order to inform teaching practices. To this end, I am interested in different ways of constructing such knowledge, ranging from randomised controlled trials and meta-analyses to participatory, collaborative and partnership-based research.

Research Topics
- Evaluation of educational practices: evidence-based education (randomised controlled trials, meta-analyses), participatory and collaborative research, causal inference, research methodology for evaluating educational practices, research on research.
- Teacher professional development: evaluation of professional development programmes, reflective practitioner and practitioner-researcher approaches, collaboration and communities of practice, links between research and practice.
